Chipboard SDS-3 is an industrial unit for processing various types of wood, sawn timber and secondary raw materials into shavings (sawdust). The material obtained at the exit is used for the production of biofuel (briquettes, pellets, granules), as bedding for birds or animals, as well as for the manufacture of packaging, fibreboard plates, and other needs.
The increased productivity in the range of 30-40 cubic meters of recyclable materials per hour is realized due to the use of a movable block of planning shafts, which constantly moves with the wood stationary.
This solution eliminates idle runs and pauses necessary for loading raw materials or maintaining a certain volume of it, which is typical for installations with mobile loading bins.
