Estonian sawlog and pulpwood have registered some mixed developments in February. Most of the Estonian sawlog prices trended below the levels of February 2015. On contrast, pulpwood prices, with the exception of birch pulpwood, are higher than the same month of 2015.

In comparison with January 2016, the price for birch sawlogs has increased the most, while the largest decrease was for aspen pulpwood.

Firewood and wood chips are more expensive yoy by 4 and 5 percent respectively. However, in the short term, both have lost over 3% in price as compared to January.
